National Services for Health Improvement (NSHI) have an excellent reputation for delivering guideline level care for patients with respiratory conditions in both primary and secondary care throughout the UK.

As a rapidly growing healthcare service provider, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment of both nurses and support staff.

You will play a key role in ensuring we attract top-tier talent to meet the increasing demands of our expanding operations. This includes sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and building and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience of recruitment, ideally within the healthcare sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Key duties will include:-

  • Advertising vacancies and searching for candidates
  • Managing recruitment via various sources; Indeed, LinkedIn, NSHI website
  • Maintaining the recruitment status tracker to provide progress updates
  • Delivery of regular reporting to the HR Director and wider leadership team
  • Liaising with candidates to understand their skills and motivations
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to understand resourcing requirements
  • Forwarding CVs to hiring managers
  • Arranging screenings and assessments
  • Organising interviews
  • Networking via social media in coordination with Marketing
  • Building a pipeline and talent pool of nurses across the UK
  • Supporting with new starter process and paperwork where required
