Step 1
Patient referrals entered onto a management system
Step 2
Patients are contacted by a call centre (non-medical staff) and receive a ‘sleep guided consultation’

Patient is sent a diagnostic sleep study to their home, normally a WatchPAT disposable device

The results from the sleep study are automatically uploaded to the cloud
Step 5
Guided consultation and sleep study results are then uploaded to a portal for review by a Consultant or Senior Sleep Physiologist who will:
1. Refer for CPAP initiation
2. Invite the patient for further specialist review
3. Discharge the patient from the service with advice back to primary care
